Verification Results

The International Marine Contractors Association ("IMCA") issues this certificate to the bearer in reliance on:

• the documents and information provided by the bearer as part of its application being accurate and valid;
• the representations made by the bearer that they possess the experience and training required to be certified as a DP Trials & Assurance Practitioner (as set out in IMCA M 249 – DP Practitioner Accreditation Scheme Handbook);
• the bearer's lawful completion of the examinations set by IMCA as part of the assessment to be certified as DP Trials & Assurance Practitioner; and
• the bearer maintaining their CPD obligations.

IMCA reserves the right to review, suspend and/or permanently withdraw the bearer's certification at any time. IMCA shall have no liability for any acts or omissions of the bearer of this certificate in the performance of any of their duties as an DP Trials & Assurance Practitioner.

Holders of this certificate are required to maintain evidence of ongoing experience, knowledge and continuing professional development (CPD). Annual revalidation is required, with such evidence verified on a three-yearly basis.
