Verification Results

The International Marine Contractors Association ("IMCA") issues this certificate to the bearer in reliance on:

• the documents and information provided by the bearer as part of its application being accurate and valid;
• the representations made by the bearer that they possess the experience and training required to be certified as an Air Diving Supervisor (as set out in IMCA D 013 – IMCA offshore diving supervisor and life support technician certification schemes);
• the bearer's lawful completion of the examinations set by IMCA as part of the assessment to be certified as Air Diving Supervisor; and
• the bearer maintaining their CPD obligations.

This certificate is only valid for operations when accompanied by a formal Letter of Appointment by an IMCA Diving Contractor Member company.

IMCA reserves the right to review, suspend and/or permanently withdraw the bearer's certification at any time. IMCA shall have no liability for any acts or omissions of the bearer of this certificate in any diving operations or in the performance of any of their duties as an Air Diving Supervisor.

Holders of this certificate are required to maintain a record of continuing professional development (CPD).

To achieve and maintain in-date status, the holder of this certificate must satisfy one of the following requirements:

• Use the IMCA Diving CPD App and complete each quarterly learning unit prior to the release of the next unit (recommended)
• Submit evidence of appropriate continuing professional development (CPD) undertaken outside of the IMCA Diving CPD App, which is of equivalent standard to the IMCA system and is certified as true by an appropriate independent third-party provider.
